Intentional Alignment is energetic alignment with and through intention.

It is the everyday ritual of holding space for the distinct but connected voices of body, mind, and heart. This deliberate daily self-reflective practice provides aligned focus, action, and orientation to what is right for you and your journey and is a simple but powerful gift of self-care.

Intention is the foundation of healing and is necessary for mind+body+heart alignment, from which integrity and confidence flow as you move toward your highest potential. When you focus your attention and energy on a particular subject, it becomes your reality. You have the power to make that choice, and Intentional Alignment can serve as the vehicle.

Intentional Alignment is a simple concept with no prescribed formula to follow. You create it for yourself with an emphasis on two basic elements:

With Intentional Alignment, you are giving yourself the opportunity to reorient to the point on the path of your journey that is where you need to be in each moment.

According to Leon Vanderpol of the Center for Transformational Coaching,  "An intention is an energetic impulse that is itself a creative force, which is not the same as the thing to be accomplished or attained. Intentions flow from the heart, while goals are created in the mind...Therefore, intention is the catalyst, the starting point of all conscious change. When we hold an intention in mind, we are holding a creative potential that has the power to bring something not currently in reality to life."

A self-reflection practice will cultivate self-awareness, which will help you see your strengths and areas for improvement along with a myriad of other benefits. Self-reflection is the doorway to alignment.

A gratitude practice is a natural component of self-reflection and intentional alignment that will help you embrace and draw more abundance.
